I still don’t get the Test Email Auto Configuration menu. Is there any other way to get this function working? Attached is a word file showing the screen shots I’m getting when running SaRA. I’ve amended the removed by moderator to protect your privacy to point to removed by moderator to protect your privacy.
I’ve tried the OWA and everything is working perfectly. It’s definitely the Outlook client. Generally, you need to wait for 72 hours to take effect. May I know how long you wait? Since they are use different protocols, have you tried the problematic account on another Windows computer Outlook ? It is very helpful for us to identity whether the issue is related to one specific computer. I have attached a Word document which provides the result from SaRA. As you will see there is definitely an issue with Autodiscover.
I’ve also attached the detailed SaRA results. I’ve also taken screen shots what happens when holding the Ctrl Key and clicking on the Outlook Icon. I’ve done this for several scenarios as you will see.
I don’t have another PC with Outlook on it so am unable to try this. To be honest, given the number of people who are posting that this is an issue, I’m not sure I’d want to try it on another pc Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
