Verified Purchase. I have to say how disappointed I am with this. First off, I received the software with a piece of paper with my product license number and a backup CD. There was no download link provided until I called the company. Seems pretty standard. Secondly, there are no instructions, no software manual you can read or look up to try and figure out how to use it.

This package only allows you to use 12 fiscal periods starting on the first day of a month and concluding on the last day of the 12th month. Many users particularly in the food and food related business operate on a 52 week period where the starting and closing dates fall within a month. Therefore Quickbooks is useless for any business that operates in this manner and would include any business whose fiscal year ends on a day other than the last day of a month.

This feature was included in cheaper accounting packages 35 years ago. It’s time Intuit smartened up. One person found this helpful. I loved that they improved to upgrade from some older versions. I had accountant premier and it totally accepted the backup file and updated no assistance required.

Nice walk thru. I am not an accountant just a sole proprietor. Good job and worth the money. I will enter a ticket with QuickBooks to make these minor program changes as soon as possible.

Had to buy a DVD from a third party in this day and age. I understand the rental model profit centre but it is not for me. I was able to use for a few months then got a message the licence had expired. Turns out the licence was also used in another province.

Total scam!!! Even if the box was partly crushed when arrived, the product was still usable. Otherwise, I enjoy the speediness.
